Pros
The Salubrito electric wax burner is cheap, stylish, easy to set up, comes with an adjustable timer with settings of 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours and an on setting. It heats the burner dish quickly and comes with 2 40w edison bulbs. At this price point it is hard to beat. It heats up our sizzlers very well and fairly fast for an electric burner. I haven’t tested with wax melts as of yet but I expect with it being 40 watts that they will melt a lot quicker than the lower powered wax burners.
Cons
Whilst stylish it doesn’t have a premium quality feel to it. The timer part feels plasticky. The looks and aesthetic does look premium when on and heating your scents. The glass you may wish to clean when first getting it as mine did appear marked but there were not scratched and appears to need a wash in the sink carefully. The burner doesn’t have a dimmer function which would have really improved the burner for me as I sometimes like the light low. At the price point you cannot complain.
My Experience
I was excited to try this electric wax warmer out as it comes with 2x40w bulbs. 40w bulbs are known for being able to heat up sizzlers and wax melts fast and a lot of low wattage burners don’t usually perform as well. The burner arrives in a nicely presented box and is very well packaged, the 2 bulbs is great as I find sometimes with electric burners one doesn’t work. For the price you are getting a burner that heats up well, looks stylish and cosy especially on a night. I am yet to test the longevity of the burner and bulbs but hopefully they last a long time.
Would I Buy Again?
I would definitely buy again especially as a gift or for someone new to wax melts and sizzlers. They don’t break the bank and you get a lot of burner for your money.
