We ship most orders using Evri, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£6.99) available at checkout.
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We currently deliver within the UK mainland only.
Please double check your delivery address when ordering. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
If an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us with your order number.
Once we receive and check the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace, exchange or refund it.
Non Returnable Items
Used products cannot be returned.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
