Do We Have a Shop Yet?
We get asked this a lot. “Do you have a shop in Newcastle?” Not yet. Smelty is based right here in Newcastle Upon Tyne, but we’re currently an online-only home fragrance shop.
That means you won’t find us on the high street just for now, but you can still order all your favourites online. Our shop is open 24/7 with Website Exclusive Sizzlers, strong wax melt alternatives, carpet fresheners and scented hoover discs. We have some of the best sizzlers online.

Running a physical shop sounds lovely, but it also comes with big overheads. Instead of passing those costs onto customers, we’ve chosen to keep things online until we have no option but to expand. That lets us offer better prices, stronger fragrance and more choice.
